Day 3- July 12- Family Meeting

Our day began with an early morning walk. We walked in the cool Colorado temperatures for about an hour. This was the day that all of Patty's family was coming in for their annual family meeting. They own property in West Texas, and this is the time and place they all meet to make decisions regarding their interest. I made myself scarce by reading and doing my Bible study. Later I had time to visit with the aunts, uncles, and cousins. In fact, on our return trip, we are staying in Albuquerque with Aunt Karin and Uncle Burl. Later that evening the corporation treated us all to dinner in Salida. This day was not a busy day, but I did get a chance to rest up after our traveling.
